We are committed to providing high quality customer service, diagnostic testing, and disease risk assessment; and we have implemented polices and operating procedures to ensure that quality standards are achieved and maintained. Our phlebotomy services are provided through a nationwide network having thousands of
convenient locations. Our testing serves are performed by clinical reference laboratories
accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP and certified by Clinical Laboratory
Improvement Amendments (CLIA).

The accreditation certificates and state licenses of each laboratory are available upon request.
